By now you are probably experiencing a roller-coaster ride of emotions, from fear to boredom to frustration to anxiety. While we have no answers for you regarding how long this virus will wreak havoc on our lives and world, we want to put your mind at ease to the extent we can.
Dean Law Firm began preparing over a decade ago for a paperless system, in which we would not need to rely of rooms full of papers and digging through filing cabinets to answer your questions or work on your case. Five years ago, Dean Law Firm transformed to a fully virtual system so that we could serve you wherever and whenever, without depending on local servers that could be knocked out by hurricanes or other catastrophes we see here on the coast. And while we did not and could not have foreseen a pandemic of this nature, nevertheless we were prepared.
Despite social distancing, self-quarantines, school closures, and general chaos in the outside world, Dean Law Firm has and will continue to operate as usual. We have been open for business and continue to press forward on each and every case, including yours. While a large majority of the legal system shuts down or struggles to adapt to a now-virtual world, we have been able to continue to answer our phones and emails. Despite these realities, we continue to work on and press your case.
During this time of uncertainty, we hope you have the peace of mind that you and your case are on our minds. We are happy to answer any questions you have and are continuing to press forward. And although we may not fully understand the duration or lasting impact of COVID-19 on your case, we will keep you informed and will do everything in our power to continue to push your case as we have been doing.
