T. Danielle Ross

As a co-chair to founding attorney of Dean Law Firm, Christopher Dean, Attorney Trisha Danielle Ross is dedicated to fighting for the rights of injured victims and their families. For more than a decade, Attorney Ross has provided her clients with experienced legal advocacy both inside and outside the courtroom. In every case, she strives to pursue top-tier results and maximum compensation to help her clients move towards complete recovery as quickly as possible. Because she understands personal injury cases can be highly complex, she works diligently to ensure her clients have knowledge of their cases at every point.

Before dedicating her life to helping those injured in serious accidents, Attorney Ross attended Texas A&M University where she completed her Bachelor of Arts in Communications in 2004. Prior graduation, she was awarded and recognized for her ample involvement and impact on the community in which she lived, achieving awards such as a Jolie Mailhous Award and a Buck Weirus Spirit Award. Additionally, she served as a member of various student government organizations, including the Executive Vice President of the Student Government Association as well as the President of the Texas A&M Polo Club.

Following the completion of her undergraduate coursework, Attorney Ross moved on to enroll at University of Denver, Sturm College of Law where she achieved her Juris Doctorate in 2006. During her time in law school, she obtained ample experience working as the 15th Circuit Governor of the American Bar Association Law Student Division. Following law school graduation, Attorney Ross passed the Colorado Bar and immediately gained membership to the Presidential Management Fellows Program.

Although she was presented with several career opportunities with numerous agencies, she committed to a career at NASA- Johnson Space Center so that she could return to Texas. After moving, Attorney Ross worked in International Space Station divisions and eventually passed the Texas Bar examination as well. After completing two years with NASA, Attorney Ross decided to return to her passion to practice law.

Before joining Dean Law Firm, Attorney Ross worked for another firm where she handled a wide range of cases related to water diversion, construction defects, products liability, premises liability, personal injury, first-party insurance defense, and more. However, in April 2015, she would move on to find Dean Law Firm where she could focus her legal efforts on helping individuals rather than large insurance companies. Now, she is committed to ensuring her clients’ lives and futures are protected.
